Field Trip to Riders Lodge, M'sia

Once again a wonderful trip with my usual gang, although this time round almost more than half of the group comes from another sch, we had fun like always.

oh i've to announced this *ahem*.. i won in Shark Attack again yohoo!!!!!!!!! *clap clap clap clap clap* hehe *blush*

this time round, i'm part of the organising team... had countless nights of headache planning this and changing that etc BUT the satisfaction at the end of the day is rewarding and i guess this is part of wad i'm lookin for in life.. OR at least as part of my carrer life... doing sumtink tat i like and noe why i'm doin it =D

of cos planning is not all tat bad too, i remembered there was one session in particular which was very happie. we went to joo chiat for supper after discussion and had literally sat at the kopitiam to eat our wanton mee and chit chat for like 2 hrs on lotsa thots abt the future n personal stuff as well.. we had much laugher.

back to Riders Lodge, the house is beautiful... very cosy... small and sweet. just like a dream house in any fairytale, there's a garden in front with a small jacuzzi.. u can even hav aussie bbq dinner under the stars. there are two stables with beautiful horses and also jungle trails ard the vicinity. there is also a horse carriage available for the wedding couples. basically it's very english-style and the western food is fantastic!

it's an ideal wkend getaway for couples esp. u can also play goft at The Legends Resort which is only abt 5-10mins walkin distance away.

lunch time at Riders Lodge with either Roasted Chicken or Spagetti Afungi

the horse riding session was nice too! went on a poly trail for abt half an hr guided by their trainers. first time me riding on a horse, dun wry the horse was a big one, can withstand my weight! haha! to be frank, i was scared initially loh... cos the feeling of riding an animal.. yes on a LIVING THING is.... scary...... *heart beats faster* was so scare i'll fall down lor... also scare if the horsie will be too tired anot... by the way, fyi hor... each adult horsie weighs abt 400kg and they eat 4times a day. but poor horsie, during peak season like public hols or wkends when biz is gd, they have to be out like at least 5-8 times a day. oh ya another cute tink to notice, horsie actually poo poo anytime and anywhr they like. we were on the jungle trail then jessie's horsie suddenly stop its pace and poo poo on the spot -_-" haha

ok time for the group photographs...

TMIS Graduation Chalet - 19 August 2006

The chalet had ended with a beautiful full-stop. All of us had fun and our share of laugher, as always heez

People who had attended are Uncle, Dajie, Xiaomei, Mei Yen, Jennifer, Grace, Grace's bf, Bro, Flo, Alliance, Chris, Mag, Josie and myself.

The chalet is a double storey unit with 2 bedrooms and had a big living room with balcony infront overlooking the blue sea. It was gorgeous lohz, esp during the sunset! just too bad that the living area wasnt air-conditioned, so was abit warm. but lucky the bedrooms have aircon lah hee.

it was nice having a chalet in changi.. the slow pace seems to bring peace and simple happiness to everyone, plus the sea breeze blowing towards our faces... it was a superb evening.

no need for luxury set-up or expensive crusine, just us.. a company of good friends.. is all that matters.

we didn't waste much food this time round.. finally! heez

the chit chat session we had up the room was fun! though i can't really remember wad exactly we talked abt.. but could hear everyone laughing out loud.. haha

the next morning, the few of us went to changi broadwalk... i believe it would be nicer to walk with the "right" people haha... cos the companions i had hated the sun! haha oops! u know who u r yah :P
